Tidewater Lights did a great job with the design and placement of our lights. However, like any construction work, some minor damage happened under my roof eve sheeting which they will repair. It happens. They still get a 10 and we love the infinite numbers of lights displays. Thank you 👍

I am so happy that I purchased these professionally installed and commercial grade lightning units. Ramone is persistent, consistent and very professional. He approached me a few years ago, and I’ve been on the fence. He came back year after year, and sent text messages 😊 He envisioned the illumination of my home when I couldn’t and that’s what makes him a lighting expert. My house looks amazing from dusk to dawn with the beautiful light shows. The app is user friendly. The installation was seamless and perfect. Tidewater Lights escorted me through the entire process with no problems. Follow up is hands on by his team …Rosa is funny and super helpful as well. Thank you for guiding me to the lights!

We had a fantastic experience with Tidewater Lights! Brian was highly professional and patiently walked us through the entire process, from installation to lighting setup. He went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied after the installation—even standing in the rain to help us get our initial lighting setup just the way we wanted it. That level of care and dedication really stood out.The installation team was also highly professional and addressed our concerns right away. We’re very happy with the results and appreciate the attention we received throughout the process. If you’re in the market for home lighting, give these folks a call first!

They arrived right on time for the initial consultation and clearly explained all of our options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation crew Kyle and Windell were incredibly professional, polite, and made sure all the wiring was completely hidden. They even cleaned up behind themselves. The app is very user-friendly, and it's a lot of fun customizing the colors. If you’ve been thinking about getting these lights give them a call! The holidays are approaching, you won’t be disappointed. Thanks again guys!

We recently had permanent exterior lights installed on our home by Tidewater Lights and are very happy with the finished result. After the initial installation, we noticed that the individual lights were clearly visible along the horizontal portions of our roofline, but because of the depth and design of the overhangs on our gables, the lights there were hidden from view. The reflected light on the house was actually beautiful, and if the entire roofline had had that same effect, we would have been happy to leave it that way. The problem was the inconsistency — you could see the individual lights on the horizontal sections, but only the reflected glow on the gables. It was especially noticeable with the moving or running patterns. We contacted our sales rep, Brian Hall, on Monday and explained our concern. He asked us to send him some pictures and let us know that someone from operations would be reaching out later in the week. By Friday, Gary and another member of the crew were at our house. They moved the lights on the gables farther back under the soffit, and that completely solved the problem. The individual lights are now visible all the way around the roofline, and the finished result looks great. We were very happy with the customer service throughout the entire process. Brian was great to work with, and we really appreciated how quickly our concern was addressed and that Gary personally came out to make the adjustment. They listened to what we were trying to achieve and made sure we were happy with the finished product. We would definitely recommend Tidewater Lights.

We contacted several lighting companies for our needs. Tidewater lights had the best combination of price, quality, and customer service. Their team took extra time and effort to ensure our installation met our exacting standards. They showed up the night after the install to setup our preferred daily accent lighting perfectly. We are now the envy of the neighborhood! We’ve had multiple neighbors ask us for who did our lighting. Do yourself a favor and chose Tidewater lights!

Love the lights, they look great and make it safer. A well lighted house keeps the criminals away (hopefully)🤣. Also they add fun during the holidays, people loved my 4th of July show I put on the house. I’m looking forward to Christmas and the best part, no ladders when I decorate. I wish I could upload a video to show the awesome animations

Tidewater Lights are 1 of the most outstanding & magical companies to work with. The employees from the phone, to instillation, to doing 9 pm walk throughs at night to do a checkup is amazing.Currently, this is the second time we have used their services. Last December 2025 they transformed my home & event venue into a Winter Wonderland with their lights & everyone’s favorite sparklers dangling from the trees. This recent visit, Tidewater Lights transformed our English gardens & paths, water fountains, gazebo & trees into a lighted fairytale story for an amazing engagement for our daughter in the transformed garden & gazebo. Every girl’s magical dream & Tidewater Lights made that happen! Thank you for making dreams & spectacular engagements come true!Nadine LarimerBoxwood Farms Virginia in Franklin, VA

Professionally installed permanent lights, having them come back to do more. The Bosso app is a pain however they don't control it, they will help set you up and get straight. Install was clean, team works really hard to get you squared away. Minor installation concerns, as lights aren't working as intended, but the team works hard to get things square.

Kyle & his buddy Steve did a great job both the work and walking me through the system and all the options. I had leave while they were still working and when I got home other than the lights there was no sign they had been here. Most importantly they showed me how to set up the lights for the Knicks. I turned them on when we were down 29 and we came back and won. Go Knicks and Tidewater Lights!!

I’ve been exploring companies to do a permanent lighting install in order to accent light the home and celebrate the holidays to avoid the cumbersome task of putting up and taking down Christmas lights every year. I settled with Tidewater Lighting and had them come out for a free estimate. I was sold from the time Deonte Griffin showed up for the estimate and deposit portion of the process. It did nothing but get better from the on time arrival of Gary & Seira from Truck 3 through the project being completed ahead of schedule and under budget. No doubt they are top notch professionals in each of their respective AOR’S.The quality and workmanship that we experienced far exceeded our expectations in every way with the whole process being flawless. We were expecting just an okay install that would more than likely run late and instead we got top quality installers that cared about the customer, took excellent care of the property and surroundings. and installed a high quality defective free product. We’ll definitely be repeat customers for other permanent lighting projects down the road. “ THANKS FOR MAKNG A HARD JOB FAULTLESS AND THE INSTALLATION DAMAGE FREE, AND MOST OF ALL FOR TREATING US LIKE FAMILY AND CARING FOR THE PRODUCT AND HOME LIKE YOU OWNED IT.Respectfully,Richard C HustedBetty J. This is a highly dedicated team that has earned a great reputation, and for good reason - they’re using the latest top-shelf smart-technology, They are incredibly responsive to customer needs. They’re intelligent, polite, great sense of humor, and above all else - highly professional. We had them out last December, a few days before Christmas, and WOW - our home was READY for the holidays with the incredible lighting effects. We’ve had several people inquire who we used (I kept Gary’s business Card and let people snap pictures of it , and our house). It wasn’t long before the team came out and installed additional lighting on either side of the house (now it looks completely done!). Our neighbors on both sides have small children so we don’t keep them on late.Let me just say this - I spent weeks (even months) researching all the different light systems (companies that sell and install them and also kits you can buy and install yourself). This is by far the best route you can go - quality, ease of use, technical support, incredibly-long warranty, pre-programmed lighting patterns, curb-appeal - it’s the whole package. Can’t recommend them enough.

Tidewater Lights! Tidewater Lights! Tidewater Lights! The company is definitely worth repeating over and over again. What a great experience from start to finish. My experience started with the sales representative Brian providing me with with a vey detailed presentation of the light display the company had to offer. Brian was very specific in asking me questions to cater to my needs and the vision of what I call my "next project" in my home . Brian was very warm, professional, knowledgeable of his product, informative answering questions and concerns that I had.Brian definitely gained my confidence that I was making the right choice choosing Tidewater Lights to my accommodate my needs. The crew came out, put permanent lighting in my back yard on my roof lining. I love, love, love my choice! The crew was great. The crew was very professional, respected my property, cleaned up behind themselves, presentation of equipment was on point. The customer service representative Alli was a sweet heart. I could feel her electrifying energy through the phone line .... great energy. Great customer service. In the beginning of this post I stated from 'start to finish" my experience ......Just for the record I definitely am not finished! I will be calling Tidewater Lights back to my residence to start yet another "project "they willbe the one and only company I will be using to put my permanent lights on the front of my home"Thank you Tidewater Lights .... I love it when a plan comes together and this one could not have been done with out you!RESPECTFULLY,MS. MONROE "

Highly satisfied with Tidewater Lights. Their sales representative, Brian, came to our house and showed us a sample of the high quality product that would be installed, how it would be installed, where it would be installed, and finally a breakdown of the cost. The installers did a great job. All lights installed securely. There are no visible wires. The lights illuminate in the proper sequence. Operation of the phone app that controls the lights was fully explained to me. The lights are everything I expected. They look beautiful. There are over 200 preset lighting scenarios and the ability to custom design your own scenario. I would certainly recommend Tidewater Lights for permanent home lighting based on product quality, quality of the installation, cost, and that everybody I dealt with, from the office to the field, was very professional. I rate them A++.

MR Jones came out, to do a free demonstration. First he arranged the lights the way I wanted. Then he arranged the lights his way. Wow , the house looks amazing. His way was the best, you can see the texture of the bricks and the light reflecting from the porch, lights up the walk way and steps. The lights used were 9 ( 4 watt lamps & 7 (1watt lamps). Total light power is just 43 watts. One porch lamp is 60 watts WOW. I really love the results. I highly recommend Tidewater Lights to anyone looking for something special in the way to beautify your home’s curb appeal. Look at the before and after photos, amazing.
